As you suggested, I tried the Miracle Blanket. I did so with some trepidation, as the blanket seemed terribly expensive for a baby blanket, but I'd had no luck swaddling my first born and I wanted to manage it with my second despite her full length leg casts.I am pleased to say that the Miracle Blanket worked wonderfully! I started using it within hours of her birth, and she was always snug. Even as she grew stronger, she could not squirm out of the blanket's comforting embrace. When her legs were in casts, I simply set her legs outside of the foot pocket, and the upper part kept her arms in close and prevented her from flailing in her sleep.
I used the blanket to help teach my daughter that we humans are diurnal. I would swaddle her at night, but during the day I let her nap unrestrained. The difference quickly taught her to sleep more deeply at night time, and she was sleeping through the night by 8 weeks of age.

We have a nine month old baby that practically lived in your miracle blankets! It helped her...and us so much! What a great product-especially for older children.I just read an article about congenital hip displasia. It stated that swaddling too much could be a cause of babies getting this problem. The reason being that the legs are held straight and together for too long.
We feel so thankful to have used the miracle blankets, because of the way the legs have room to move and bend.
The miracle blankets are the best all around. Decrease chances of SIDS, help babies sleep longer, calm hysterical or fussy babies, and are healthier for their hip development!
I just thought the hip information might be useful for your advertising!

We got our miracle blanket when my son was five weeks old. It took a little getting used to, but by the time he was six weeks old he was sleeping six hours a night, and at eight weeks old he started sleeping eight hours a night! When relatives expressed doubt about putting him in a "straight-jacket" we let them watch the night-time routine. They are uniformly impressed by how my baby relaxes at the sight of the miracle blanket and they are amazed that he puts himself to sleep. There is no crying or rocking him to sleep and tiptoeing out of the room. He goes in his miracle blanket and into his crib with a kiss, and he smiles himself to sleep every night. My baby girl was not sleeping more than 2 hour stretches. I observed her when she was sleeping and found that she would jerk her arms and wake herself up. At the age of 3 weeks, I tried the Miracle Blanket and she started sleeping 5 -6 hour stretches. She is now 10 weeks old and sleeps 8 hours at night and has 3 hour naps during the day. Whenever I tried to put her to sleep without the blanket, she went back to the 1 - 2 hour stretches. My only problem now is that she is getting too big for the blanket!!! My husband and I tried so many times to swaddle our newborn baby girl in her blanket, but it never failed she would end up getting her arms loose. When she would get her arms loose, she would wake herself up crying. My husband began looking around on the web for a good swaddle blanket and he found the Miracle Blanket. I have a newborn who I could not get her to sleep for more than 3 hours, she had colic starting at 3 weeks old and was unhappy. I bought the Miracle Blanket when she was 4 weeks old. I received my mircale blanket yesterday and immediately washed it to try it out.I must admit, I was a little uncertain about the blanket, but I'd give it a try. I was hoping it would work, but wasn't optimistic. My 2 1/2 month old daughter, who hasn't yet slept a night in her bed without screaming, slept for FOUR HOURS without even moving. She woke to eat and then slept another TWO. I had to get ready for work (again, she has never let me do this....we have to constantly hold her), well I laid her down in her bouncer, with the blanet on and she fell asleep again and let me get ready! The only time she cried was when I took the blanket off to put her in her car seat! I really didn't think there was hope for her until she grew out of this "stage" she was in. I only used it one night, but if it worked that well with her, of all babies, then I'm certain the coming nights will only get better! This is truly a "miracle" blanket. If it worked on my daughter, I'm certain it will work on any baby!

SHE SLEPT so peacefully last night. I am in LOVE with this blanket. It soothes her and calms her down.
