How quickly do you ship the orders?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, after 1 PM ET, will be shipped on Monday. Orders will not be shipped on legal holidays when the United States Post Office is closed.

How will my order be shipped and how long until I receive my order?

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be shipped via Priority USPS mail from North Carolina. Your order shipped Priority Mail *should* reach you in two or three days but the post office does not guarantee this delivery time. If you require guaranteed delivery date or expedited shipping, please contact us for a custom shipping quote as the charges will me more than what we charge for Priority Mail.

Do you ship product outside the United States?

We ship foreign United States Armed Forces addresses.

Unfortunately, due to excessive problems with getting our packages through Canadian Customs in a timely manner, along with an unacceptable number of packages that never reach their destination, we are forced to stop shipping our products to Cananda. An alternative would be to have the product shipped to friends or family in the US and then have them forward the product on to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

What "return address" do you use on the package?

The return address on our packages will be Earth's Magic LLC (our parent company name).

Do I have to order online?

No. You can order by mail with a check or money order ( in US funds only please! ). All you need to do is place your order normally and choose payment via Check or Money order. You can then send payment and a copy of your order to the address listed on the finalized order page.

Will my information be shared with anyone?

Definitely not! We value the fact that you have chosen to shop with us and would like to build a good working relationship with you. Sharing your information with any other company would definitely defeat that goal.
