Return Policies

Before you return a product you MUST get email confirmation first by contacting us via our contact form. You will receive a copy of your return request immediately via email. This IS NOT confirmation of your return. We will send you another email with the return details as soon as possible. If you do not get confirmation via email about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with no refund issued. For all products, we are unable refund any shipping charges unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Returns within 30 days of receipt of your order are accepted and must be unopened, in new condition, with all plastic wrapping (if applicable) still intact with the exception of the Miracle Blanket Swaddling Blanket.

If you have purchased an Amazing Miracle Swaddling Blanket, you can return the blanket to us with in 30 days for any reason, and for defects at any time after the 30 day time period. This is possible due to a very generous return policy from the manfacturer. You still need to contact us by email BEFORE returning the Miracle Blanket.

Returns after the initial 30 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be unopened, in new condition, with all plastic wrapping (if applicable) still intact.

Return shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsiblity of the customer . Refunds will be issued only after we have them back in our possession. All shipping cost incurred when ordering our products are not refundable.
