Best product ever!
Okay, I have to tell you all with newbies that the SwaddleMe swaddle blanket is the best thing since sliced bread. My girls were carseat sleepers, screamed if put down in the crib. They've also been catnappers in the bouncy seat only. I was reading that a super tight swaddle might help with these things, help them go to sleep and stay asleep. I tried, but couldn't get the hang of the swaddle, they always wriggled out. So, I bought this blanket. Now they are going to sleep ON THEIR OWN IN THE CRIB and staying asleep at night for 4-5 hour stretches. Yesterday, I started using it at naps and lo and behold - same thing! They went to sleep on their own and stayed asleep in the crib for 2.5 hours. It was amazing. This morning, I had them in the bouncy seats and they would fall asleep, wake up, fall asleep, wake up. So, I took them upstairs, put the blankets on and BAM they both fell asleep on their own, no nursing or rocking!, w/in 3 min and they are napping happily up there w/out stirring. It just blows my mind how effective the swaddle is!
So, if you are having sleep troubles, check this out. It's very easy to use. I still bring them to bed w/ me if they wake at night, but the interesting thing is, I don't have to nurse them back to sleep every hour. If it's only been 2 hours and they wake up, I'll put them to bed next to me and they just go back to sleep. No nursing needed. I'm trying not to start the constant nursing habit like I had with ds. I nursed him for everything. While nice, it didn't teach him the best of sleep habits. So...we are enjoying the best of all worlds, cosleeping, crib sleeping, nursing, etc., with the help of this fabulous blanket! Very Satisfied Customer
I just love your kiddopotamus products! I don't know how my husband and I would have gotten through the first few months without the SwaddleMe wrap and we also love the zip around blanket.
